Bought 2 of these 4GB RAM to upgrade my 2013 imac. Unfortunately after wasting quite a lot of time trying to get them to work, I discovered that one of the modules was defective. In fairness to Kingston they replaced the item without quibble (obviously I had to return the defective item and wait for the replacement to arrive). The replacement works OK which confirms that the returned item was defective. I suppose this does happen from time to time but its still annoying as much time was wasted trying to get the defective one working as well as organising the replacement. So full marks for customer service but no marks for the product itself.

Great product! Slid in no problems

I was pleased with the memory update, all working as expected and very easy to install. Going from 4GB RAM to 8GB on a Lenovo B50-80 laptop made a big difference at a reasonable cost.

I bought extra RAM for my laptop, which arrived swiftly and has noticeably improved its performance. Kingston Memory Shop was recommended to me by a family member and I would buy from them again.

Quick delivery. Has revived an old MacBook Pro from 2012.
