Dear Sir/Madam, The delivery was satisfactory however:- 1. The delivery was not a tracked item so could not traced if anything went wrong. 2. The received emails (apart from one which had a first name only) were not signed or there was no contact name attached for support or advice. 3. There is no contact phone number for the firm which is important these days in relation to security and the internet.

The unit arrived on time and after a rather involved laptop disassemble and memory unit installation,the memory upgrade worked a treat and breathed new life into a rather old laptop computer

No issues - installed successfully

Quality board, installed easily and perfectly, operating well and as expected. Very pleased.
