Arrived fast. Worked exactly as expected. Easy to install. Very happy overall!

Great service although delayed by postal strike(no fault on Kingston's part). Simply fitted my Lenovo Ideapad. Was pleased with the 8gb upgrade and even happier when I discovered the existing 4gb ram was soldered meaning now, adding the 8gb card has given me a total of 12gb. The reason for upgrading was to help my DJ software run smoother and quicker and this has worked perfectly. Was a bit worried with doing the upgrade as I'm not overly tech minded but Kingston confirmed the card would work with my model and there are plenty of videos on YouTube which helped. No updates were needed so all really simple. I was so close to spending hundreds of pounds on a new laptop but this seems to be all I needed to do for the time being.

Was easy to install, and has improved my laptop for music making. Very happy with this product.
