It was easy to find the SSD i needed for my laptop using the website. I went for the kit rather than just the drive. It arrived quickly and I found it easy to clone following the instructions provided. The acronis software worked well (first time). The new drive is now installed and my laptop is a joy to use. If your laptop is slow because of hard drive access then get an SSD.

Website correctly identified compatible drive. Installation using Acronis software failed (hence 4 rather than 5*) but free Macrium Reflect worked first time. So the final outcome is 5*. Installed as a replacement for original HDD at the same time as adding 8Mb RAM. My dawdling laptop is reborn! Thanks very much.

Much quicker start up, opening applications and files and the PC runs much cooler and quieter. Altogether my Lenovo is a much improved everywhere so I am delighted with my purchase.

Inputted my machine details into the Kingston web site and received a number of recommendations to choose from, I chose an SSD bundle which came with all I needed to transfer all my data to the new SSD, very easy process, I now have a very fast machine.

Bought this to upgrade a 5-year old PC whose HDD chattering away was becoming more and more annoying. The included Acronis software didn't work but used other cloning software instead. The PC worked perfectly when I fitted the cloned SSD - completely silent, which I expected. But I was amazed how much faster the PC started up - just 5 seconds from completely shut down; MS word started much faster too. The PC copes with Windows updates much better than before. Highly recommended!
