My QNAP TS-h973AX recognizes both 16Gb RAM modules all right, but considers that only one is 'usable'. Any idea about what causes the problem?

I’m very impressed with product, price and service from Kingston. My son’s ROG laptop was in need of a tweak and upgrading the RAM from 16gb to 32gb did the trick. Fast delivery and laptop is now lightening fast again!
