All good no issues. Has improved laptop speed a lot.

I bought this to upgrade my LG Gram laptop from 8GB. It arrived quickly and well packed It was very easy to fit and I can now run some of the software (games) that I had difficulty running before due to memory.

My laptop was using most of it's 8GB of memory before I started opening the applications I wanted to use. Adding a further 16GB into the 2nd memory slot has significantly improved it's performance. I contacted Kingston to identify the correct item to order & they were both both prompt & helpful in their responses. It arrived on time.
