I wasn't sure if jumping from 4GB to 16GB would be a good idea for my elderly Lenove , but after comparing the cost of 2x8 GB DDR against a new laptop decided to give it a go . I wasn't disappointed , it was very easy to remove the battery , casing and old Ram and slot in the new . It made a huge difference to the running speed and the number of apps I can run at the same time . Very pleased .
